Jeremy Vaille grew up in a small family business on the south shore. He came to Arsenal Financial after having spent 9 years with Fidelity Investments in the Personal Investing business. He spent his early career on the West Coast in the Aerospace industry as a Quality and Systems Engineer, specifically working on military aircraft and satellite development. During his years working on spacecraft, Jeremy learned about complex systems and organizations with a keen sense of risk management. His naturally analytical mind, coupled with 12 years in financial services, have prepared Jeremy for leadership in a breadth of investment management and financial planning functions. Jeremy takes great pride in learning and caring deeply about the people and their businesses that he surrounds himself with.

While working as an engineer at Boeing, Jeremy earned his MBA at UCLA-Anderson school in Los Angeles. He then moved back to Massachusetts to start a family while working for Fidelity Investments.

Jeremy spends as much time as possible with his young son and wife. His interests are unlimited but he particularly enjoys endurance sports, learning, aerospace, playing guitar and the New England Patriots.
