As the key liaison between our clients, Heather acts as a strategic partner and works closely with our team, to ensure we are meeting firm and client expectations. She works collaboratively to develop and improve systems, processes, and procedures that enhance the overall efficiency. Heather’s role of Operations Manager at “Team Arsenal” is often the centerpiece of the client experience ensuring their needs are addressed fully and promptly. Her attention to detail and tenacious follow-up is crucial to the implementation of our clients Financial Planning strategies.
Playing an integral role in making sure the company operates smoothly and efficiently is Heather’s specialty. She is responsible for the operations of the firm including Human Resources, technology, compliance, facilities management, and supervisory duties over our administrative staff.
Heather started full-time with Arsenal Financial in the Fall of 2015 after 12 years at Guardian Investor Services, LLC. She and her husband, Steve, have two daughters & an 85 lb chocolate lab named Vinny. She enjoys watching the Pats, boating, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
